The fact you have had various warnings on various sites concerns me a lot - we aren't interested in your promise, but your actions. You know how to behave, now please do behave in future.
@Arunabh -The only reason to remove a lock is to make changes, and as we do not want any further changes to that post, the lock remains. No matter what your promise is.
We have been round that discussion many times with you Franck, and you must be aware by now that the way you go about it seems to reduce your chances of getting things reopened, and acquires downvotes. Open questions as examples are in almost all cases irrelevant. They do not help your argument at all.. The correct route is voting to reopen.
